Returns & Eligibility
-We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
-Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
-You’ll need to provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please note: We cannot accept returns for:
-Used products or items not in their original condition (unless damaged in transit)
-Items returned after 14 days from delivery
-Digital products or gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
-We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Return Shipping
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
